Hi, my name is André Norman.  I am an inspirational speaker specializing in motivation and leadership. My keynote lectures derive from my personal experiences of overcoming the most challenging obstacles: surviving an abusive father, illiteracy, gangs, and prison.

For years, I have been working with those who are struggling to overcome the challenges in life. Drawing from my own experience with reentering a free society, I have the unique ability to empathize with, motivate, and challenge those seeking a transition in their life.

I have designed programs to address the needs of people in transition or simply overcoming challenges and rough times.
